Order and delivery terms
General
jefustore.fi is an online store maintained by Jefu Store Oy (Y ID: 3313369-4), Jefu Store markets and sells products to companies and private individuals of legal age .
These general delivery conditions apply to sales through Jefu Store and are valid from August 1, 2024. We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.
Jefu Store complies with the Consumer Protection Act in all consumer transactions.
Delivery time
All orders received before 12:00 noon will be packed either on the same or the next business day. The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days .
During public holidays, campaigns and sales, the delivery time may be longer than normal.
If one of the products you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible
Delivery methods
The delivery method is selected at checkout when you finalize your order. The following delivery methods are available in our online store:
POST - Post parcel
You can choose a post office or a parcel machine as the pick-up point. Posti will notify you of the package's arrival by text message or email.
MATHUOLTO - Domestic parcel
You can choose a Matkahuolto office or a parcel machine as the pick-up point. Matkahuolto notifies you of the package's arrival by text message or email. .
Shipping costs
Post parcel €7.50
Domestic parcel €7.50
If the order amount is at least €150, we do not charge delivery costs for shipments within Finland.
Order tracking
With your purchase, you will receive information about the stages of the order in your e-mail, based on which you can follow the progress of your order. When your order has been processed at the warehouse, a delivery confirmation containing the shipping ID will be sent by e-mail. You can follow the progress of the package with the tracking number By Posti or Matkahuolto from the website.

Payment and payment methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and selectable in the shopping cart.
The payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Products and their prices
The prices of all products are shown on the product pages in connection with product presentations. The prices include value added tax. You can see the tax breakdown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to price changes.
