Return of products

Right of return

Products purchased from the ONLINE STORE have a free right of return. Applies to Finnish delivery addresses. You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the product you ordered.

You can return or exchange a product purchased from the online store at the JEFU Store during its opening hours.

 

Return conditions

  • The order must be canceled in accordance with the terms of sale by returning the product no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
  • Special orders and/or customized products do not have the right of return.
  • The product must be unused and in salable condition
  • The original packaging must be undamaged. The original packaging means the packaging in which the product is, for example a shoe box or a garment bag. Do not tape, write or glue anything extra to the original packaging.
  • The product is in the same condition as when the buyer received it and all the parts belonging to the product are stored and the hang tags are attached.
  • The product was ordered from JEFU Store's online store

 

This is how you make a return

  • Pack the product carefully in the original packaging or similar clean packaging. If you use the original package of the order, be sure to cover its original shipping labels.
  • Attach the completed return form that came with the package to the return. If the form cannot be found, a handwritten notice is also sufficient. Please enter your contact information and order number.
  • Send a return. Take the return package to Posti's service point:
    • Tell the agent the return code 672463 .
    • There is no need to write a return address on the package, Posti will make sure that the return is directed back to Jefu Store's warehouse.

 

Once your return is received

  • We aim to process returns within 14 business days after our warehouse has received the shipment.
  • We will process the return using the payment method you used for your original purchase. In the online bank, the refund is handled by our payment broker (Paytrail)

Exchange

There is no exchange option in our online store. If you want to change the product you ordered, return the product according to the return instructions and make a completely new order for the product you want.

Please note that the price of the product is always the price valid at that moment in the online store and no refunds can be made for the order afterwards. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money.

 

Error in order

It is not possible to change the order. If you ordered the wrong product, size or color, you can return the product and place a new order.

 

Failure to pick up the product

If you decide not to pick up the order, notify JEFU Store's customer service by email. Please note that you must contact customer service before the package leaves to be returned to the JEFU Store.

Not picking up the package is not a customer return. If the order is not picked up without notification, we will charge the customer the shipping and delivery costs.

 

Defective or incorrect product

If you notice a quality defect in our product, we have delivered you the wrong product or the product has been damaged in transit, we ask you to contact JEFU Store's customer service as soon as possible asiakaspalvelu@jefustore.fi. Include the order number and an explanation of the defect with the complaint.
